Maintenance cleaning
Regular apartment cleaning service from UBEREM guarantees cleanliness and order in your home on a permanent basis. This is the type of cleaning that we recommend ordering if a general cleaning has already been done. In it, we spend less time on stubborn dirt, we do not scrub stains, we do not wipe radiators.
In such cleaning we will not need a stepladder: we will wipe everything from our height. Also, maintenance cleaning takes much less time and is suitable if you need to clean quickly. If you need a better cleaning, we recommend going for basic cleaning.
In all rooms we will wipe door frames, switches, sockets, window sills, lamps and light fittings, put items on work surfaces, clean glass surfaces and mirrors. We will also vacuum the furniture and floor, wipe the baseboards and wash the floor.
In the living room, we will change the bed linen, collect wrappers and trash, wipe down household appliances and wash the floor. Cleaning the living room takes about 30-40 minutes (depending on the size of the room and the number of surfaces).
In the kitchen, we will clean the stove, sink, wash the trash can, wipe down the countertop and dining table.
Cleaning the kitchen will take 30 minutes.
In the bathroom, we will collect all the things and put them on a horizontal surface (washing machine, for example). We will wash the bathtub, bidet, sink and under it, we will polish all the faucets. We will disinfect the toilet, vacuum the rug. Cleaning the bathroom will take about 40 minutes.
In the hallway or living room, we will wipe the front door from the inside and put the shoes on the shelf, wash and vacuum the floor. This cleaning will take about 30 minutes.
On average, maintenance cleaning takes:
- 1-room apartment – 2.5 hours
- 2-room apartment – 3.5 hours
- 3-room apartment – 4.5 hours.
But each apartment is individual and you shouldn’t be surprised if your cleaning takes more or less time.
