Basic cleaning:

In all rooms:

– wipe doors and door frame;

– collect all things and stack them on a horizontal surface;

– put all the items on the working surfaces;

– wipe everything from height;

– wipe everything (on the cabinets, air conditioners) using a stable surface or a client’s stepladder;

– lift and wipe all light objects and under them (figurines, photo frames);

– clean all glass surfaces and mirrors;

– all stains are rubbed to the visible effect;

– wipe and rub all the handles, switches, sockets;

– wipe lamps and fixtures;

– wipe the chairs (wipe back, legs) and furniture base;

– wipe windowsills;

– vacuum and wipe the batteries;

– vacuum furniture;

– wipe the baseboards;

– vacuum and wash floor;

– take out the trash;

 

Living rooms:

– make the bed;

– vacuum and wash under the bed;

– collect wrappers and garbage;

– wipe household appliances;

– empty ashtrays (rub if necessary);

– wipe flowerpots for flowers;

 

Kitchen:

– wipe the fridge, with the facade (the outer part)

– up to 10 min washing dishes (free);

– wash the sink and put all the dishes;

– clean the hood (outside);

– clean the stove;

– clean the tile near the stove and sink;

– clean the facades of the lockers;

– clean the facades of kitchen appliances (microwave, oven, toaster, slow cooker, kettle, etc.);

– wash place for garbage (my floor, doors), take out the garbage, leave a clean bag with our brand;

– wipe the countertop;

– wipe the dining table;

 

Bathroom:

– wipe water plaque from bottles, jars and tubes;

– clean soap box;

– collect all things and stack them on a horizontal surface (washing machine);

– wash the walls of the shower;

– clean tile near the sink and bathroom;

– clean bathroom and wipe dry;

– clean sink, under the sink;

– wash and rub all the faucets;

– wipe the washing machine;

 

Bathroom:

– disinfect the toilet bowl (wash all the components of the toilet);

– rub the drain button and all the knobs;

– wash bidet, rub the faucets;

– vacuum mat;

 

Living room:

– wipe the front door and door frame;

– clean shoe rack;

– organize shoes;

Sustaining cleaning:

In all rooms:

– wipe doors and door frame;

Don’t touch: chandeliers, blinds, sconces, walls, tiles in the bathroom (only tile near the sink and bathroom/shower), ceiling.

We do not move large items (sofas, cabinets, refrigerator).

How much does it cost to clean an apartment in Kyiv [Price Comparison 2026]

Today it is important to prioritize correctly. A modern woman can do everything: be a good housewife, a wife and work, delegating part of her tasks to special services.

Let’s try to figure out how much it costs to clean an apartment in Kiev and compare the prices of cleaning companies, individuals, and our service.

In this article we will:

  • tell what the cleaning cost usually depends on;
  • compare prices in the market of cleaning services in Kiev;
  • how much to pay for general cleaning of an apartment or private house;
  • how much to pay for cleaning the apartment after repair.

What determines the cost of cleaning

Consider a few major factors that affect the cost of cleaning:

  • number of rooms;
  • area of an apartment (house);
  • pollution degree;
  • room occupancy (for example, does it need to move furniture);
  • what detergents and cleaning products will be used;
  • cleaning methods (one person or team).

Depending on the type of work

Some types of cleaning work are not performed weekly and are called additional services. It can be:

  • window cleaning;
  • washing the refrigerator inside;
  • inside microwave cleaning;
  • washing dishes;
  • ironing and much more.

How is the cost of general cleaning calculated

General cleaning of an apartment in Kiev is often calculated individually, requiring a preliminary assessment of the work front or the departure of the foreman on the object.

Usually, we ask you to send us a photo or video of the apartment/house to assess the exact cost per 1 sq.m. But if you do not have the opportunity to do this, then we suggest using the table of approximate pricing for self-calculation of cleaning.

How to calculate the cost of cleaning after repair

Cleaning an apartment after repair usually also requires a preliminary assessment of the scope of work or the departure of the foreman on the object.

We ask to send a photo or video of the apartment/house to estimate the exact cost, but for self-rendering you can use the table below..

Conclusions 

  1. Private cleaners do not have a ranking of cleanups and additional services, they simply clean what they consider necessary at “negotiated prices”.
  2. The price of cleaning for some competitors is slightly lower than ours. They often put a low cost for cleaning, but separately charge for additional services, which is extra 20-30% of the price.
    Another point: it is unclear how they provide the level of inspection, studying, training of cleaners, damages, customer service and compensation if the cleaning was bad.
  3. Our price of one-time cleaning is 950 UAH + additional services that cost about 200/300/400 UAH. Total, one-time basic cleaning out about 1850 UAH. But when you buy a subscription for 2 cleaning per month, then one cleaning, which includes 3 additional services, will cost only 950 UAH.

Conclusion: savings of ~ 900 UAH for one cleaning when buying a subscription.
